EQUIPMENT RENTALS

1. Equipment Rental rates are based on a 24 hour day. Half day rentals are available on certain products for any 4 hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM weekdays only.

2. Equipment not returned by 10:00 A.M. will be charged for that day.

3. Travel allowance of two days at no charge for rental (minimum rental three days) beyond 200 miles radius of Vancouver.

4. Equipment rentals are subject to a cash or credit card security deposit at the discretion of Coyote Films Ltd. Rentals over $1,000.00 must be paid with a deposit of 50% of the rental contract before commencement.

6. The Renter shall examine and test the rental equipment and insure that he has received it in good mechanical and workable condition. The Company does not guarantee, assume responsibility or make any representations to the performance and workable condition and the Customer hereby releases and discharges the Company of any and all responsibility for any damage of any nature resulting from the performance and/or malfunctioning of the equipment whether or not there is fault or negligence of the Company or of any person for whom the Company is responsible.

7. The Customer agrees that the Rental contract shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

8. Acceptance by the Company of the return of the rented equipment shall not constitute a waiver by the Company of any claim he may have against Customer under this agreement or for latent or apparent damages to the equipment.

9. The Customer shall at his own expense, during the term of rental keep and maintain in his own custody, at the aforesaid address, the described equipment in good condition and repair and shall at the termination of the rental replace such of the equipment as may be lost, stolen, missing, broken or damaged with others of like nature and of full replacement value or shall pay to the Company, compensation on account thereof.

10. The Customer agrees, to be an insurer of the rental equipment for the period that the equipment is away from the premises of the Company against any loss whatsoever and to assume full responsibility for all equipment rented and also agrees to compensate Company to full replacement value should such equipment be lost, stolen, missing, broken or damaged and any cause whatsoever, whether or not due to the fault of the Customer. The Customer further agrees to compensate Company in rent for any time lost as a result of replacement or the need of making repairs on such equipment.

11. The rented equipment shall be delivered and returned by the Customer at his own risk, cost and expense. Rental of all equipment taken out must be paid for the period of time until returned to Company.
